If you prefer to exercise in the open air, the tennis court is always open. Alternatively, one only has to walk to the end of the garden to find the coastal path which offers instant access to some of Cornwall's most beautiful walks. Why not run along Carne Beach, which is over a mile long when the tide is out - or for those less energetic, a gentle stroll across the beach may well be enough?

Prices start from £2,380 in a Country View room for the four nights, inclusive of dinner, room, full English breakfast, afternoon Cornish cream tea, four one hour treatments (two treatments per person), and VAT. Rates are based on two people sharing. Sea view rooms and suites and single rooms are also available.
