The event will be centred at the St Mawes Social Club. There will be a meal and other events on the Saturday night. The swim will start on Summers beach and end at the slipway beside The Idle Rocks Hotel, the transition area will be in the main car park. The cycle ride will be out to Philleigh and back. The run will be around the island. All events will provide great viewing for those wishing to watch rather than participate.

This is a "Sprint" Triathlon, distances are 750m open water swim, 13.8 mile (22.2km) cycle and 2.65 mile (4.3 km) run. All competitors are welcome. Entries from teams of three (each competitor completing one leg) are encouraged.
