We occasionally have offers for last minute bookings which are at a reduced rate and often due to a cancellation. In true PJ style these offers are "never knowingly undersold" and are at our Best Available Rate. One of Our Best Sea View Rooms at the special daily rate of £180.00 per person, inclusive of dinner, room and breakfast, early morning tea, afternoon Cornish cream tea and Vat at 17.5% Ref: MB06/10b

Since these are special offers please quote Reference when booking otherwise the normal (and less economical) tariff may be charged unwittingly! Please note we regret these special rates do NOT include courtesy transport to/from the station/airport. Lastminute Bookings are quoted at short notice and are therefore deemed correct only at the time of publishing. They are updated frequently and are subject to change depending on availability. They are offered on a first-come-first serve basis and are binding only once they have been confirmed by The Nare, either by telephone, fax, email or post. A credit card deposit for the first night's room rate is required to confirm a reservation and any subsequent cancellation or curtailment will be wholly chargeable if the room is then unable to be relet. These conditions are supplementary to the normal tariff.
