The Carne Bay Spa is The Nare's luxury spa facility. Located in a quiet corner of the hotel here you will find a salon with a calming treatment room and a full menu of treatments designed to relax, destress and help you shake off the cares of the world. Spoil yourself with a massage, pamper yourself with a manicure or just let us do your hair for the evening.

Anne O'Grady is our resident therapist. Anne has been at The Nare for 3 years and has gathered a wealth of experience working as a therapist all around the world. She is a qualified masseur, reflexologist and all round calming personality. Anne is also training to be a hairdresser and is able to offer guests wash and blow drys and shampoo and sets.

Using dermalogica's range of products Anne has created a range of treatments from massages to hot stone treatments, facials and a full range of beauty treatments.

The Carne Bay Spa is open to non-residents and special packages are available which enable non-residents to use the hotel's fabulous facilities and enjoy a treatment in the Spa.
