Quarterdeck Menus


As you would expect we use only the finest and freshest ingredients we can find and these are sourced from local suppliers where possible.We have always been a big supporter of local farmers and specialize in locally reared beef and the freshest of locally caught seafood as well as seasonal vegetables and fruit.

Our Crab and Lobster is principally landed at Portloe by Chris Mlynski. This is dependent upon the weather and his ability to get out of the small harbour in his day boat. Wing of St Mawes is a family run business supplying the majority of the fish landed locally.

Our meat is sourced from Cornish Farms. The beef is hung for a minimum of three weeks ensuring it is always of the best quality.  Local meat suppliers Lobbs Farm, Brian Etherington, Cornish Duck, Celtic Fish and Game and Kernow Sausage Company.

Hanson Fine Foods specializes in selling Cornish cheese sourced from Bocaddon Farm, Lynther Dairies, Menallack Farm and Cornish Goat Cheese Company, to name but a few.
 
Typical menus are posted on this website regularly and are purely indicative of what we offer. Dishes may change according to which local produce is available, particularly fish which is landed daily. It just depends what the boat brings in!
