THE NARE RECEIVES HIGHEST ACCOLADE IN CORNWALL | 29 September 2009
The Nare hotel, the country house hotel by the sea, is delighted to announce it has been awarded the prestigious accolade of four red stars by the AA. This award recognises The Nare as the only hotel in Cornwall ever to achieve this appointment. It reinforces The Nare’s status, by a clear margin, as the highest rated hotel in Cornwall for more than 15 years.
Owner and Managing Director, Toby Ashworth comments: “It is a timely and worthy credit for all our loyal staff who strive each day to make The Nare the friendly comfortable hotel for which it has become renowned – this is for them and I am delighted!”
The Nare was first appointed four black stars soon after its acquisition by Mrs Gray in 1989 and over recent years Toby Ashworth and his close-knit team have been steadily improving the facilities, comfort and standards of service on which the AA judges its ratings.
Each year the AA selects only the very best hotels in each category rating, from this, the AA Inspectors' Choice hotels are identified by red Stars.
