Walk the coastal path from the hotel's front door

Walking the Roseland

The Nare sits in National Trust land close to the South West Coastal Path, which offers instant access to some of Cornwall’s most beautiful walks. Walk east towards Portloe along some dramatic and beautiful cliffs or amble west towards Portscatho and St Anthony’s Head along some flatter terrain. Every season frames new views through trees and different varieties of wildflowers covering the paths.
The Fal estuary lies close to the hotel and here more sheltered terrain gives plenty of opportunity to walk along the river footpaths through woodlands close to the water's edge. Here the estuaries are alive with birds, the river is always bustling with life and a walk is always an adventure.
