The Nare's own motor launch purely for guests' enjoyment

Alice Rose - The Nare's 38' motor launch

The Nare are proud to announce the arrival of their 38' classic gentleman's motor launch which is being introduced for the 2015 summer season. Alice Rose, with The Nare's own Coxswain and Chief Steward, offers scheduled and private chartered sailings for guests to enjoy the stunning Fal and Helford Rivers.

Alice Rose was built in 2008

Alice Rose, designed by Andrew Wolstenholme, was built in 2008 in Cornwall by Cockwell's boat yard in Mylor Creek. With a displacement of 8.25 tonnes she has been beautifully built with a cedar wood planked hull over CNC-cut frames and bulkheads with teak decking and joinery. She is powered by 2 Volvo D4 engines (225hp each) and is capable of 24 knots. A very stable vessel, she is ideal for taking 8 guests and the crew. Quite simply she is a very comfortable and elegant launch.
